E + Bryce's Costal Forks Engagement Shoot
I’ve been friends with E for about a decade now, so when she reached out about shooting her engagement photos on the coast near Forks, Washington, I knew it was going to be such a dream!
With Bryce’s tenderness towards E and her infectiously joyful demeanor, posing and shooting with them was such a blast! They playfully took the prompts I gave them and made shooting with them a breeze. As a photographer, it’s rare to feel such an effortless flow between you and your clients, but with E’s background as a wedding videographer, it was apparent that she trusted the process.
Besides both of them being as lovely as can be, the surrounding moody coastline and eye-catching forest constantly distracted me with how incredible they are. We thankfully woke up at the crack of dawn and were able to have our own private beach, which made the shoot feel even more intimate and magical.
As far as the details of the shoot go, I loved that they wore outfits that were true to them, understated, and felt perfect for a walk on the beach- don’t mind me while I swoon! They were also so ready to de-layer and dance in the water. It was every photographer’s dream!
While shooting, I could already tell that there were going to be so many photos that I was going to be head over heels for, and while editing, I couldn’t stop smiling.
