WHAT IS AN ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT?

It’s my favorite thing ever!! That’s why I have a whole page dedicated to it. An adventure elopement is basically you and your sweetheart going somewhere in nature to get hitched! You can bring a couple of your closest loved ones or just elope with the two you. I adore adventure elopements because of how focused they are on that good ‘ole fashion love.

WHY SHOULD WE ELOPE?

For the hopeless romantics who know a traditional wedding isn’t for them, to those who are ready to throw out the rulebook and make the day about YA’LL, eloping is perfect. Getting married should be the most fun and stress free day of your life. You could save tens of thousands of dollars and create life long memories together with only the most important people around. Let’s chat about setting up your dream trip and start planning the most incredible day!

WHO CAN ELOPE?

Anyone and everyone! Whether you’re an active hiker or a drive up to the view and get out of the car kinda couple, there are so many wonderful places to choose from. If we need a wheelchair accessible spot, let me know and I will find the perfect place for us to explore and celebrate!

WHERE SHOULD WE ELOPE?

I’ve had tons of fun exploring so many beautiful national parks and BLM land across the Western United States. The best part about it all? There’s literally no wrong way to elope in the grand ‘ole outdoors! We can backpack in, camp the day before or glamp it up and book the most beautiful AirBnB. I could go on and on about all of my favorite places in each state, so if you have a feel for what you want, I’d love to figure it out together. From the mystical hoodoos in Goblin Valley, Utah to the breathtaking waterfalls in the Pacific North West, I’ll be there with you along the way to get permits and plan out our adventure.

HOW DO WE ELOPE?

The best part of choosing to elope with your sweetheart? It’s all going to be 100% true to you. If you want to just have ya’ll and the photographer (hopefully me!!) there; it’ll be amazing. Want to invite a couple of friends and an officiant? That sounds great! Hoping to spend most of the day hiking to an epic view and instead of reading vows, ya’ll boogie down to ya’lls favorite song? Yes PLEASE! Basically, there’s no right or wrong way to commit to your love. As long as the time spent eloping is authentic to who you are as a couple, it’ll be a perfect day.

DO YOU HAVE ANY BUCKET LIST LOCATIONS?

In the adventure elopement world, “Bucket List Locations” often refer to places where photographers and videographers will shoot for free, as long as clients pay for travel/stay so that they are finally able to visit that location. This is something I’m DEFINITELY open to doing! Some locations I have on my bucket list are- anywhere outside of the US and Alaska! Seriously- if you pay more my travel/stay outside of the country, your photos are free! To learn more about setting up a bucket list shoot, send me an inquiry!
